Q. Do you sell parts for 'home' models?
A. Yes, select Home Model Only category to the left.

Q. Do I have a domestic (home) model or commercial unit?
A. If your unit starts with 'RCxxxx' you have a Robot Coupe domestic model. Robot Coupe also made the line known as Magimix. Cuisinart, Magimix and Robot Coupe home models are supported here under the home model parts section.

Q. How do I make sure I'm getting the correct part?
A. Parts look similar on many machines but are not the same. First, match your model and serial number with the appropriate category on this site. If in doubt, always contact our support staff.  888-612-4890   International: 404-794-8110  M - F  8-6 EST.

Q. I'm not sure the slicing/grating plate I'm looking at is the correct one to fit my model, what should I do?
A. This is a dangerous machine if the wrong part is installed. You should never make a guess. Always call us, with the model and serial number ready, and review your need.

Q. When will my order ship?

A.  We have a 97% fill rate and stock items usually ship the same day. Non stock items will ship from the factory (at our discrection). If it is a special order part it may take from 11-14 business days.
