Returns & Freight Charges

Freight charges on our site do not reflect fees outside the continental United States.You will be notified of any adjustments.

We are more than happy to accept returns. However, you must call us and get a Return Authorization before returning anything. We are not responsible for items returned without authorization. Due to the costs of returns, there is 25% restocking charge on non-stock & special order parts. (This is what the factory charges us) Sorry, but installed parts are not returnable and freight charges are not refundable.

Returning equipment is the sole discretion of the factory. If allowed, equipment must be unused and in original packaging. A restock fee will apply and shipping is not refundable by the factory.
